Working Principle of YUANFENG Micro Switches In Subway Isolation Lock

Taking the left and right door locks, each door lock is configured with 3 micro switches as an example:

1.When the lock plate is at 0, the three switches are in NC state and the train door is in a normal state. The opening and closing state of the door can be monitored from the subway control room, and the opening and closing of the door can be controlled normally;

2.When the lock plate is at 30 degree, one micro switch (NC to NO) is triggered, and the other two remain NC state, and the subway door is in an abnormal state. The opening and closing state of the door can be monitored from the control room, but the opening and closing state of the door cannot be controlled normally. The door must be opened and closed manually on site;

3.When the lock plate is at 90 degree, three micro switches (NC to NO) are triggered, and the subway door is in an abnormal state. The opening and closing state of the door cannot be monitored from the control room, and the opening and closing state of the door cannot be controlled normally. At the same time, the manual manipulation can not open and close the door (at this time the door is closed, usually for emergency use).

The application of micro switch in the subway isolation lock greatly reduces the need for manpower, and plays a security role in the operation of the subway lock.
